- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in pumpkin, orange juice, and orange zest.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with orange glaze before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped nuts to the streusel for extra crunch.
- This bread is best enjoyed within 2 days or stored in an airtight container.
