- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Add beef, onion, and garlic to the Crock Pot.
- Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Stir in spices, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Add cooked pasta if desired, and stir before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer uncovered for the last 30 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or a side salad.
