Instructions

- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Shape into small balls and place on baking sheet, flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Heat heavy cream and pour over white chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
- Dip cooled cookies into white chocolate, place on wire rack to set.
