Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the milk, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until well combined.
- Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, mixing just until incorporated.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Notes
- Heat-treat the flour by spreading on a baking sheet at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to kill bacteria.
