Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen green peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh mint or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook peas until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add cooked peas to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss until heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve hot.
Notes
- Can substitute fresh peas with frozen peas for convenience.
- Add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
