- 1 (16 oz) package of croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup of chocolate chips or chunks
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange torn croissants evenly in the dish, sprinkling chocolate chips over them.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, pressing gently to soak.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.

- Can be assembled the night before and refrigerated overnight before baking.
