- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sweet chili sauce to the cooked chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each tortilla, then top with sliced peppers, lettuce, and cilantro.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
