Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into rounds.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once cooled slightly, drizzle glaze over warm fritters and serve.

- Glaze can be adjusted for thickness by adding more or less milk.
- Serve with additional apple slices or cinnamon sugar if desired.
