Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, cooking until sauce thickens slightly.
- Mix in cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, and herbs.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with additional Parmesan and herbs on top.

- You can add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Ensure not to overcook the tortellini to maintain its texture.
