Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Mix chopped apples with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, milk, and vanilla to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in apple pieces.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before baking.
- You can substitute apples with pears for a different twist.
