- 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced green peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large keto-friendly flatbreads or low-carb tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers until tender.
- Add sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Lay out the flatbreads and evenly distribute the beef mixture on each.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese and roll up tightly.
- Place rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Can substitute with other low-carb cheeses or add mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
