Instructions
- Place beef pieces in the slow cooker.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter mixture over beef, add soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
