- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 cup chopped green leafy greens
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Bring broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Divide noodles and broth into bowls.
- Top with halved soft-boiled eggs, greens, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust spice levels by adding chili oil. For vegetarian version, use vegetable broth and skip eggs or substitute with tofu.
