- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups pancake mix prepared according to package instructions
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Pour pancake batter over the sausage, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the batter.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over the casserole.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
