- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package puff pastry or biscuit dough
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix cooked beef with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges tightly. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
