- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberries, stuffing mix, Parmesan, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the balls lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute fresh cranberries with dried cranberries soaked in orange juice.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free stuffing mix.
