A simple and elegant fall appetizer combining crescent roll dough with a sweet and tangy cranberry filling and creamy cheese, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, and vanilla. Set aside.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spread a layer of cream cheese over each triangle.
  5. Top with a spoonful of cranberry mixture.
  6. Roll up crescents from wide end to the point, sealing edges.
