- 1 package of crescent rolls
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, and vanilla. Set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese over each triangle.
- Top with a spoonful of cranberry mixture.
- Roll up crescents from wide end to the point, sealing edges.
- Brush with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh cranberries with dried cranberries soaked in warm water.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for best flavor.
