- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and pour chicken broth over them.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the crockpot and stir to thicken the gravy.
- Add shredded chicken back into the gravy and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.

- For extra flavor, add sliced mushrooms or chopped onions during cooking.
- Adjust gravy thickness by adding more or less cornstarch slurry.
- This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh green salad.
