Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, beans, corn, and spices. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes to meld flavors.
- Serve hot topped with cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
Notes
- You can substitute canned chicken with cooked fresh chicken for added flavor.
