Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and sugar; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Allow to cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe small strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix cinnamon sugar in a bowl and roll hot churros in the mixture.
- Serve warm with melted chocolate or chocolate sauce for dipping.
