Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let sit until bubbly.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and milk mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread with cream cheese mixture, then roll up tightly.
- Cut into 12 equal slices and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Mix strawberry puree with powdered sugar for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls and garnish with sliced strawberries.
