- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese over hot tots and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
- Remove from oven, top with crumbled bacon and chopped chives.
- Serve warm with sour cream if desired and enjoy!
