Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg until well combined.
- Layer cheese, ham, and spinach in the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
