Ingredients

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  4. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.
