- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing. Garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.
