- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large apples, sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Arrange sliced apples on top of the cheesecake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce and dust with cinnamon. Chill before serving.
Notes
Use tart apples like Granny Smith for the perfect balance of flavor. For a richer caramel flavor, warm the caramel before drizzling.
