Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large apples, sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Cinnamon for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Arrange sliced apples on top of the cheesecake batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
  4. Allow to cool, then drizzle with caramel sauce and dust with cinnamon. Chill before serving.
