Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4-5 fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and roll slightly to smooth out seams.
  3. Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread honey over the top of the brie and arrange fig slices on top.
  5. Fold the pastry over the cheese, trimming any excess, and seal the edges.

  7. Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
