Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions until translucent, then add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and spices, cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Stir in heavy cream, cook for another 5 minutes until sauce is thickened.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot over rice or naan.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to taste by increasing or decreasing garam masala and paprika.
- For a healthier version, use light cream or coconut milk.
