Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in spices: garam masala, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Add crushed tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes to develop flavors.
- In a separate pan, sauté chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add cooked chicken to the sauce, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
