A quick and creamy garlic pasta cooked entirely in one pot, combining tender noodles in a savory garlic-infused sauce with Parmesan and herbs.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  4. Return cooked pasta to the pot, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or cooked chicken.
  • You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
