Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on each side, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
