Instructions
- Place chicken, corn, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until flavors meld.
- Stir in heavy cream and butter during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot with fresh herbs for garnish.
