- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken slices to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, butter, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, toss well to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked Shrimp or mushrooms for variety.
- Use fresh parsley for bright flavor and garnish.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer the mixture a few extra minutes.
