A decadent and creamy chicken tortellini dish that’s bursting with cheesy goodness and tender bites of chicken, topped with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken to the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in cooked tortellini, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or sautéed spinach. Use fresh herbs for best garnish.
