- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in cooked tortellini, season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or sautéed spinach. Use fresh herbs for best garnish.
