- 12 oz (340g) sausage links, sliced
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne or bowtie)
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, peppers, salt, and pepper. Cook until peppers are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

- You can substitute chicken sausage for more flavor variety.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for milder or spicier taste.
