Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi

  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy, remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté diced onion and garlic in bacon drippings until translucent.
