Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes and apple slices in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the custard evenly over the bread and apples.
- Let sit for 10 minutes to soak.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and set.
- Garnish with powdered sugar and serve warm.
