Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate together over a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and eggs, whisking until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract to the egg mixture.
- Gradually stir in melted chocolate mixture.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold into the wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Meanwhile, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cooled brownies, spreading evenly.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
