- 4 large croissants, sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Layer sliced croissants in the dish, sprinkling chocolate chips between layers.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries.

- Can be prepared the night before and baked fresh in the morning.
- Use dark or milk chocolate based on preference.
