Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish.
- Divide dough into small pieces and layer loosely in the dish, sprinkling cheese and garlic between layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
