Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly to smooth edges.
- In a bowl, mix cooked broccoli, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and herbs.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet.
- Roll up the pastry tightly into a log, then cut into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
