Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Pour half the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese mixture over it, then top with remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.
