- 8 frozen dumplings (potstickers)
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat, add broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a boil.
- Add frozen dumplings to the boiling broth and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sesame oil, shredded carrots, salt, and pepper.
- Ladle soup into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
- Use homemade or store-bought dumplings for convenience.
