- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on each side, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, then add Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Return chicken to skillet, nestling into the sauce. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Serve hot with sides.
