Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest then slice into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheesy garlic mixture on each. Place sliced chicken in the center of each tortilla. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for a healthier option.
