- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the corn kernels and sauté for 4-5 minutes until warmed through.
- Stir in honey and cook for another 2 minutes until coated and slightly caramelized.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Use fresh corn for the best flavor, but frozen works well. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
