- 1 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, and green onions in a bowl. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in crockpot and pour sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic powder over them.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and sauce is thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with additional chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding crushed red pepper flakes.
- For a milder flavor, use less chili sauce and add honey to balance sweetness.
