Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in caramel bits and honey until smooth.
- Bring to a gentle boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour caramel mixture over Chex cereal and nuts, tossing gently to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with sea salt, and let cool.
- Once cooled, break into clusters and mix in candy-coated chocolates before serving.
