- 2 lbs beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the beef pieces with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef until golden on all sides, enhancing flavor before slow cooking.
- Transfer the seared beef to the crock-pot.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until tender and flavorful.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the beef bites before serving. Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently in the microwave or stovetop.
