- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil cabbage head in water until leaves soften, then carefully remove leaves and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place a spoonful of filling onto each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange stuffed leaves in a baking dish, seam side down.
- Pour tomato sauce over the top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
