- 1 package of pre-made croissant dough or homemade puff pastry
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: powdered sugar or glaze for topping
Instructions
- Combine the sliced peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Unroll the croissant dough onto a floured surface. Cut into squares or rectangles.
- Spoon the peach mixture into the center of each dough square.
- Roll up the dough around the filling, then place seam-side down into a greased muffin tin.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then top with powdered sugar or glaze if desired.
